Know the setting
Three communities.
Different ways to live.
Start with the setting, then check the specific building and home. A community name alone does not guarantee a view, beach access or facilities.

Al Hamra Village
A setting associated with golf, the marina and established residential neighbourhoods. Compare the exact position of the home against the places you will use most.
Check: building access, parking, the actual view, pool or beach entitlement and the route to shops.

Mina Al Arab
A waterfront setting with lagoon-side residences and villa neighbourhoods. Apartment and villa stays can offer quite different layouts and access arrangements.
Check: walking access from the actual unit, community facilities, construction nearby and the sleeping arrangement for your household.

Al Marjan Island
An island setting for coastal residences and resort stays. Check the specific building rather than assuming nearby resort facilities are included.
Check: beach access, pool rules, balcony orientation, transport plans and any nearby works during your intended dates.

- Test your commute at the time you would actually travel.
- Check school, nursery and healthcare options directly with the provider.
- Confirm accessibility from parking to the door.
- Ask which facilities are included, charged separately or restricted.
- View in person where practical; a photograph is not a full picture of daily life.
