This website and the Forward Holidays pages are operated by Forward Real Estate Experts FZ-LLC and Forward Real Estate Experts - RAK Branch. You can contact us at lenoy@freefzc.com, +971 50 766 3244, or G04, Lagoon Building 12, Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.
Enquiries
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email, phone number and message, and, depending on the form, your enquiry type, travel dates or property details. A property enquiry also includes the selected property reference. We use these details to respond and follow up. General and property enquiries go to Lenoy, with the listing agent named on a property enquiry. Holiday-home questions go to Forward Holidays. Owner management enquiries go to Forward Holidays, with Lenoy copied.
When direct website submission is enabled, Netlify, our hosting provider, receives the form and passes it to Forward by email. If the page instead says “Open email draft”, nothing is submitted through that form: you choose whether to send the draft from your email app. Do not include identity documents, bank details or private owner records in a public enquiry.
Services that handle your details
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the enquiry forms.
- MiniHotel, Forward’s booking system, takes bookings through the booking engine embedded on the Forward Holidays booking page.
- Google provides the web fonts on every page and the map on property pages, and receives ordinary connection information when they load.
- Supabase hosts the database that the property listings and the managed-homes figure are read from, and receives ordinary connection information when those pages load.
Bookings and external services
Booking details and payments are entered in the MiniHotel booking engine, not into the website enquiry forms. Check the information and terms shown by the booking engine before proceeding. WhatsApp, email, maps, fonts and external review or booking links involve their respective service providers and may share ordinary connection information when used.
Website operation
Hosting and other service providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect their services. Our enquiry script does not save your submitted contact details in browser storage.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries that don’t become clients are kept for 2 years from last contact, then deleted.
Questions or changes
Contact Lenoy to ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or discuss a deletion request. Some information may need to be retained for a transaction or applicable obligations; ask us about your particular record. Do not send sensitive documents with the request unless we have agreed a secure method.
